the room we booked was clean, and the bathroom had everything we needed, from towels to soap. Another aspect we enjoyed was the concierge service, that was quick to respond to our requests. We also liked the modern look of the hotel and had access to fantastic amenities like the rooftop pool and gym.
One thing we didn't quite like was that the check-in process was completely online, and we had some trouble with the code provided.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable as we were within walking distance of the city's top attractions, shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch, and the facilities including on-site parking and transportation options were great.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. the hotel had keyless entry, which was a convenient feature.
My check-in experience was less than satisfactory. There was no one to greet me upon arrival, and I had to rely solely on an online check-in process.
